Radix Real Estate Investment Company has announced its collaboration with several prominent consultants and experts in various fields to implement the highest sustainability and green building standards in its projects.
This comes in line with the company’s future plan to execute a package of massive real estate projects, starting with its projects in the New Administrative Capital. These projects are distinguished by adhering to the highest quality standards according to the global codes used in fourth-generation cities in the Middle East.
The announcement was made during a press conference held by the company, where numerous contracts and memoranda of understanding were signed with consultancy firms and real estate experts to achieve the desired goals of improving the quality of the company’s real estate products for its clients.
Salman bin Khalil Al Sabban, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mowafaq Holding Group in Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Salmania Group in Cairo, praised the noticeable progress and development of the Egyptian economy in recent times. This encourages attracting more Arab investments, especially from Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed Zaghloul, the CEO and Managing Director of Salmania Group in Cairo, stated that the group has adopted a strategy over the coming years aiming to offer an Egyptian real estate product that competes globally in terms of design and execution. He added that this sector is witnessing continuous growth, contributing increasingly to Egypt’s gross domestic product year after year, making it one of the main drivers of economic growth.
Akram El Sheikh, Deputy CEO of Radix Real Estate Investment Company, emphasized that the company’s plan is based on adopting the highest sustainability standards in all its projects. This is achieved by maintaining a balance between environmental and investment goals through implementing environmentally friendly projects that sustain from the design phase to actual execution, delivery, and beyond.
In light of this plan, the company has contracted with leading consultants in the real estate sector in various specialties. In the engineering sector, it signed a contract with ARCHRETE as an engineering consultant for its projects in the New Administrative Capital. The company also signed a memorandum of understanding with Schneider Electric Egypt to provide technical and technological solutions for the implementation of smart, sustainable, and environmentally friendly real estate projects, which are among the company’s top priorities. Additionally, a contract was made with UCAC for advanced contracting for the execution of the company’s projects to achieve the highest quality standards using the latest construction techniques.
On the commercial side, the company contracted with the global firm REMAX as a business development consultant for its projects, considering it one of the largest business development and real estate appraisal consulting firms globally. It also signed a memorandum of understanding with “Atqan” as a financial and commercial consultant to audit feasibility studies to ensure the highest expected profitability for all the company’s clients. Furthermore, a memorandum of understanding was signed with “Rakaz” Real Estate Finance Company to provide facilities and financing for clients interested in contracting on the company’s future projects.
El Sheikh emphasized that the previous real estate experiences support the company’s strategic visions and future plans to produce a real estate product that competes globally.
